The climate emergency is upon us and rapidly escalating. We hear daily news of current harmful impacts and dangerous predictions for our future. People at the forefront of the climate movement may struggle to find ways to stay hopeful, to find spaces where we feel connected to other human beings.  Staying hopeful is an important tool for those of us working to avoid the worst consequences of the climate emergency. Our session will provide some tools allowing us to renew hope even in times of social and environmental injustice, even as we know that the future at risk is our own.
